The new 509,000-square-foot, 17-story building at 1065 Atlantic Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant will house 425 residents and feature about 52,000 square feet of commercial space and 8,000 square feet of community space. The location is two blocks from the Franklin Avenue MTA subway station. BEB Capital assembled the five-parcel $20.1 million development site in two 2019 acquisitions.
