New York Yimby: BEB Capital Files Permits for 17-Story Mixed-Use Tower at 1065 Atlantic Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn

The proposed 175-foot-tall development will yield 397,252 square feet, with 337,559 square feet designated for residential space, 51,818 square feet for commercial space, and 7,875 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 425 residences, and also have a cellar, sub-cellar, a 20-foot-long rear yard, and 126 enclosed parking spaces. The site is located two blocks from the Franklin Avenue MTA subway station.
