Krystal Fruits and Vegetables leased 150,500 square feet of ­industrial space at 300 Michael Drive in ­Syosset. The company is expanding and relocating from two locations in Westbury. Jeffrey Schwartzberg and Jason Miller of Premier ­Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, while Tom DiMicelli, Doug Omstrom, Max Omstrom and Leslie Lanne of JLL represented landlord BEB Capital in the lease ­transaction.
