Zachary Feldman

Originations Analyst

Zachary Feldman joined BEB Capital in March 2023. As an Originations Analyst, he is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and asset management of commercial real estate loans. Prior to Joining BEB Capital, Zach worked at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance, a debt fund and commercial real estate lender based in NYC. He began his career at Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) in their property management department. Zach received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with a major in business management, and his master’s in real estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate with a specialization in Finance and Investments.
