FP&A and Associate Asset Manager

Michael Mirman joined BEB Capital in September 2022.  As FP&A and Associate Asset Manager, Michael is responsible for financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and budgeting & forecasting.  Prior to joining BEB Capital, Michael worked in FP&A at The NPD Group, a global market research industry leading company, where he provided financial analysis and modeling to support internal decisions and business development.  Additionally, Michael worked in public accounting as a Staff Accountant where he performed annual audits for NYC condominiums & cooperatives.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics.
