Asset Manager

Dan Penaro joined BEB Capital in 2021. As Asset Manager, Dan is responsible for implementing strategies that will maximize the overall financial performance and value of the industrial portfolio. Prior to joining BEB Capital, Dan was the Assistant Vice President of L&L Holding Company where he focused on office assets including Terminal Warehouse, a massive, historical warehouse that is under redevelopment for commercial and office space. Prior to L&L, Dan was a Real Estate Finance Manager at JPMorgan Chase in the firm’s Global Real Asset group, where he provided financial analyses and reporting requirements for the Northeast region. Additionally, Dan also served as a Senior Associate in the real estate audit practice at KPMG US. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University. He earned his MBA at Molloy College.
