Alan Rayman

Controller – Real Estate

Alan Rayman joined BEB Capital in June 2022.  As Controller – Real Estate, Alan brings the firm over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in both commercial and residential real estate with concentration in development, construction and property management.  Prior to joining the firm, Alan served as Controller at Tritec Real Estate and prior to that, CLK Properties.

In his current role, Alan oversees accounting and finance functions for the real estate division at BEB Capital.  Alan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
