Director of Development & Asset Manager

Craig Miller joined BEB Capital in 2016 and is currently the Director of Development and Asset Manager for the firm’s residential real estate portfolio where his responsibilities include overseeing the leasing and management of all residential units, interfacing with all tenants, and developing strategic plans to maximize the value of the firm’s diverse portfolio. Craig is also responsible for the third-party management of our office and residential buildings.  In addition, he works collaboratively with our construction partners and professional trades for all of BEB Capital’s development projects, and most recently has completed the development of a 35-unit multifamily building in East Harlem.  Craig has worked alongside our partners in the entitlement process for development projects in Brooklyn, where he is involved in all aspects of these projects from the acquisition, management and design. Under his leadership, the asset management team is working with the development team to complete a 14-story mixed-use building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and a 17-story mixed-use tower on Atlantic Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
